Lori Williams is on a mission to break ageist stereotypes! She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and has worked in the senior industry for over 18 years.

 

Truly an optimist by nature, Lori believes you can follow your dreams no matter your age. Lori's passion for helping seniors was ignited when her grandmother was diagnosed with Dementia. Realizing that there was a need for a service to guide seniors and their families through the maze of senior housing, Lori launched her business in 2018.

 

Along with her team, they help over 3,000 families a year!

 

In 2022, Lori's life took an unexpected turn as her husband Mark suffered a series of strokes that left him disabled. After becoming his primary caregiver, Lori learned that 70-80% of Strokes are preventable, and felt called to bring awareness to the topic. Since then, Lori wrote her first book, 'Surrounded by Love: One Family's Journey Through Stroke Recovery' and became a frequent speaker at local and online events, sharing what she's learned along the journey about caregiving, medical and insurance resources, and the importance of being an advocate to a loved one.

 

Lori has been married for 30+ years, and currently lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, 2 adopted kids, and their mischievous golden retriever, Sadie.
